Makes 20 Balls

Macronutrients per ball:

Protein - 6g
Carbohydrates - 10g

1 cup rolled oats (95g)
1 cup shredded coconut (50g)
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup chia seeds (50g)
1/4 cup raw cacao powder (20g)
3 scoops True Protein WPI90 in Rich Chocolate
1 cup frozen cherries
8 fresh medjool dates (approx. 100g)
Desiccated coconut, to decorate
Whizz together all dry ingredients until a fine crumb-like mixture forms in a food processor.
Add in the cherries and medjool dates and process until a sticky batter forms. It should hold together when pinched.
Roll into approximately 20 balls- I use a tablespoon to portion them out.
Roll in desiccated coconut, if desired, and store in the fridge.
