Makes 2 small servings
Prep time: 5 minutes
10 pistachios, chopped
200 ml coconut water
2 Tbsp cacao
1 tsp maca (optional, but great for energy)
1/4 small avocado
1 tsp MCT oil (caprylic acid) you can leave this out or use coconut oil instead
1/2 small zucchini, chopped
Ice, to blend
1. Mix all your ingredients together in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve with your favourite toppings.
