Ingredients
1 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 frozen banana
1.5 cups coconut water
60g peanut butter
1 scoop maca powder
1 scoop True Protein WPC80 or WPI90 French Vanilla protein powder
Method
1. Place the ingredients in your blender in the order listed and blend until creamy.
2. Serve topped with extra blackberries and a spoonful of all natural peanut butter.
