¾ cup almond milk

150g frozen Banana

2 medjool dates (pitted)

1 scoop True Vegan 85 in Salted Caramel

1 scoop True Glutamine

1 tsp maca powder

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of pink salt

1 tsp natural peanut butter

1 tsp maple syrup



  1. Blend all ingredients together and serve in a bowl with your choice of toppings.
