Apple and Raspberry Crumble

Makes 8 Serves

Prep time: 15 minutes

Baking time: 45-50 minutes

Ingredients

6 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced into cubes

1 cup frozen raspberries

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tbsp corn flour

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup plain flour

60g (8 metric tbsp's) True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup honey

 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and spray a medium sized baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Place the apples, raspberries and coconut sugar into a bowl and stir until everything is evenly coated. Add this to the baking dish.

3. Next, add the honey and coconut oil into a small bowl and microwave until fully melted, stirring every 10 seconds.

4. Into a separate bowl, add the oats, flour, protein powder and honey mixture then combine until a crumble forms.

5. Sprinkle the crumble over the apples and raspberries then place into the oven to bake for 45-50 minutes or until the apples are soft when inserted with a toothpick.

6. Allow crumble to cool for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
