1 cup oat flour
3/4 cup egg whites
1 heaped serving True Plant Protein in Natural
Salt, pepper, mixed herbs to taste
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius and prepare a baking tray with baking paper
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth
Divide the mixture in half and roll into balls and flatten on a chopping board or bench space
Preheat a non-stick pan and cook the base until golden on either side
Once both of the bases are cooked, place on the prepared oven tray and top with your favourite pizza toppings.
Once you have all your toppings on, bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until nice and crispy.
Remove from the oven, slice and enjoy!
