Ingredients
55g psyllium husk
30g LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, and almond meal) flour
20g flax/linseed
1 scoop True Plant Protein in Natural
¾ cup of natural peanut butter
1 ¼ cup water
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Add and mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

Slowly add in the water to combine

Knead in the nut butter

Separate mixture into 4 balls and flatten on to a baking tray lined with baking paper

Bake for 45-50 minutes

Serve hot or store in a container for up to 5 days. Most enjoyed with a different nut butter spread
