  1. Promotion commences 12:01am AEST on 03.08.2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 09.08.2026 (Promotion Period). Entry is automatic with a qualifying purchase made via trueprotein.com.au during the Promotion Period: orders over $175 (AUD, inc. GST) receive one (1) entry, and orders over $200 (AUD, inc. GST) receive ten (10) entries. Winners must be following @trueprotein and @happytravelsoz accounts on Instagram.
  2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only. Employees, athletes, contracted partners and affiliates of True Protein and Happy Travels, and their immediate families, and wholesalers, are ineligible to enter.
  3. The winner will be selected by random draw on 10.08.26, at Suite 301, Level 3, 120 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100, and notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days.
  4. The prize consists of an Uluru Adventure Tour for two (via Happy Travels, valued at $1,930), a $500 Flight Centre voucher, and a $570 True Protein voucher, with a total combined value of approximately $3,000 AUD (inc. GST). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. True Protein reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with an item of equal or greater value, subject to availability.   5. The name of the Winner will be announced/tagged on the Promoter's Social Media within seven (7) business days of the draw date and will be published at https://www.trueprotein.com.au/pages/competition-winners.
  6. The Prize and all elements of the Prize must be redeemed and all travel completed between 1 April – 30 October 2027, or it will be forfeited. If forfeited, the Promoters will not be liable.
  7. The Prize winner is encouraged to tag @trueprotein and @happytravelsoz in trip content posted to their social media channels and supply the promoters with this content for in perpetuity usages.
  8. The Prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Promoters, and any third-party operators, including conditions related to claiming, booking, and participation in the Prize. All activities are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
  9. The Winner/s are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the Prize (for instance, any insurance, etc). The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable nor can it be redeemed for cash.
  10. If the Prize or any element of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control then a similar prize of equal or greater value will be awarded to the Winner in lieu, subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities (if required). Without limiting the foregoing, the Promoter may, at their absolute discretion, substitute cash for the Prize or any component of the Prize (the amount of cash being equal to the Prize, or component of the Prize, value specified in these Terms and Conditions).
  11. All Prize advertisements depicting or describing the prizes and trademark references are illustrative rather than depictive and do not imply an association with the Promoters.
  12. All reasonable efforts will be taken to contact the Winner, however the Promoters take no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided information.
  13. If the Prize has not been accepted or claimed, or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Winner cannot be contacted and the Prize remains unclaimed within one (1) month from the Prize Draw Date, the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and will have no further claim.
  14. The Promoters reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entrants (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
