1. Healthy Protein Pancakes
Prep time: 10 minutes
30g True Protein Banana & Honey WPC
22g almond meal
4g baking powder
5g shredded or dessicated coconut
4g psyllium husk
1/2 cup full cream milk
1. Whisk all ingredients together to create a smooth batter (or you can mix it all together in a True Protein shaker).
2. Lightly grease a frying pan or flat grill plate with coconut oil or butter.
3. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter to create a pancake, cook on each side until golden brown.
4. Serve with greek yogurt, banana and honey.
2. Super Smoothie
Prep time: 5 minutes
1 large scoop True Protein WPC Banana & Honey flavour
1/4 cup frozen organic mixed berries
Handful of baby kale
1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1 cup full cream milk
Handful of ice
1. Blend all ingredients together in a high powdered blender and enjoy.
