Whey Whip Ice-Cream

Serves 4

Prep time: 10 minutes

Freezing time: 10-20 minutes


1 TP scoop True WPI90 Chocolate Mint
4 bananas frozen and chopped
1 Tbsp almond milk
Granola, berries, and mint leaves to serve
Waffle cone optional


  1. In a food processor, add the WPI90, banana and almond milk, then blend on high for 2 minutes

  2. Stop blending and scrape down the sides with a spatula and return the lid to blend again for another 2 minutes until thick and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to achieve an ice cream consistency

  3. Transfer mixture to a plastic piping bag with a stat shaped nozzle and re-freeze for 10-20 minutes

  4. In chilled bowls or waffle cones pipe evenly creating a swirled effect, decorate how you like​
