1 ½ frozen bananas

1 cup frozen mango

1 scoop True COLLAGEN Tropical

¼ cup coconut yoghurt

½ cup almond milk


Topping Ideas


Fresh / dried fruit

Nut butter





  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl and spread evenly.
