Green Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

Prep time: 5 minutes


1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup baby spinach
30g True Protein Vegan85 French Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp maca powder
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp True Protein Greens Natural
1/4 cup coconut water


  1. Blend all ingredients in your blender until a smooth creamy consistency. Add extra coconut water if you want a thinner smoothie

  2. Transfer blended smoothie to a bowl and add your desired toppings​
