1/2 cup quick oats
1 scoop (30g) True Protein Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup espresso
1/4 cup almond milk
A few tbsp yoghurt
Cacao powder to dust on top
In a bowl add the oats, protein powder, maple syrup, espresso, almond milk and mix until combined.
Spread the yoghurt on top and sprinkle on some cacao powder.
Leave in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
