1/2 cup (50g) frozen mango
1/2 cup (80g) frozen raspberries
1/2 cup (50g) frozen sliced banana
1/2 cup ice
Juice of 1/4 lemon
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPC in French Vanilla
Place the frozen mango, raspberries, banana, ice, lemon juice and almond milk in a high powered blender and blend until combined. This may take a few goes until it all blends.
Add in the chia seeds and protein powder and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve with extra fruit such as passionfruit and enjoy!
