2 cups frozen strawberries
2 tbsp chia seeds (20g)
1 scoop (30g) True WPI90 Strawberries & Cream
1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Add frozen strawberries and 2 tbsp of water into a saucepan and cook on medium heat until soft.
Remove from the heat and stir in honey and protein powder.
Leave for 5 minutes to cool, then blend until smooth.
Mix in the chia seeds and lemon juice.
Transfer into a sealed container and store in the refrigerator.
