Salted Caramel Iced Coffee

Serves 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Nutritional Information:

Per serve 250mL

Energy: 243 calories

Protein: 33g

Carbohydrate: 10.3g

Fat: 7.8g

 

Ingredients

1 scoop (30g) WPI 90 Salted Caramel True Protein

1-2 shots coffee (Use 15g WPI 90 if using 1 shot)

250-300mL milk of preferred choice (Soy milk used here)

Handful ice cubes

 

Method

  1. Depending on whether you have a coffee machine OR instant coffee – Measure out 1-2 shots worth.

  2. Pour into a mixing bowl with the protein powder and mix until combined. You can use a fork or whisk to get rid of the air bubbles.

  3. Pour a handful of ice cubes into your desired glass. Then pour the coffee mixture, followed by the milk until filled to the top

  4. Stick a straw in & enjoy!
