Ingredients
2/3 cup oats
1.5 cup water
1 small zucchini, grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2-1 TP scoop True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
Maple syrup, to taste
Fresh berries and nut butter of choice to top
Method

Add the water and oats to a small saucepan

Grate the zucchini and squeeze the liquid out of it- this will ensure the oatmeal remains a thick consistency as the zucchini can release moisture

Continuously stir the oats over medium heat for 5 minutes or so, until they are thick and creamy

Once thick, remove off heat and stir through the cinnamon and protein powder. Top with maple syrup, berries and a drizzle of nut butter
