Ingredients
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 scoop True WPC80 Choc Peanut Butter
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup gluten-free flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

Whisk together the peanut butter, oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and the egg. Add in the flour, almond meal, and baking powder and mix until dough forms

Role the batter into balls and place on a lined baking tray then gently flatten. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and bake for 12-15 minutes in a 170 degrees Celsius oven
