Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp chia seed
2 tbsp hemp seed
¼ cup True Protein Natural ABC Nut Butter
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp stevia or natvia sugar or swap this out for 1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut flakes
¼ cup pecan or walnuts chopped
½ tsp True Protein Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp True Protein Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp True Protein MCT Oil
Coconut yogurt to serve
Method

Toast the nuts in a small saucepan over medium heat until lightly toasted, add the coconut flakes and toast for another minute. Set aside in a bowl

In the same saucepan add the almond milk and heat to almost boiling. Whisk in the ABC butter until well combined, then the ground linseed, chia seed, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, sweetener and mix well

Stir through half of the toasted nut and coconut mix (reserving some to serve)

Serve in two bowls topped with toasted nut mix, almond milk and some coconut yoghurt
