1 frozen banana
1 cup Greek yoghurt
2 cups coconut milk
1 scoop True Prodefine French Vanilla
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Peel the mango and place into blender with the all the other ingredients in the order listed. Blend until smooth. The consistency should be quite thick, feel free to add ice to have it super thick and chilled.
Pour into two 300ml glasses and serve
