420 Calories

30g Protein

55g Carbohydrates

10g Fat

 

Ingredients

 

1 medium frozen banana

½ cup blueberries

6 ice cubes

¾ cup coconut milk

1 tsp cacao nibs

1 tsp chia seeds

½ tsp cinnamon

1 scoop True WPI90 Rich Chocolate

 

Method

 

  1. Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender

  2. Process until creamy and smooth, adding a splash more liquid if required
