1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats, blended into a flour
2 scoops (60g) True Protein WPI90 in Choc Peanut Butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1/4 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan forced.
Whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup and egg in a medium mixing bowl.
Add in the oat flour, protein powder and baking powder and stir until sticky.
Stir in the cacao nibs and rolled oats until well combined.
Form 9 balls and press them flat.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until fluffy and crispy on the outside.
