Ingredients
1 cup frozen dragon fruit
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
1 scoop True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp linseeds
6 ice cubes
Method
1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the mix into your bowl and top with extra fruit and coconut flakes to serve.
