Double Choc Protein Pancake Stack

Ingredients


2⁄3 cup almond milk
1⁄2 ripe banana, mashed
1 egg
1⁄2 cup buckwheat flour
1 scoop True PRODEFINE in Rich Chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp cacao powder

Method

 

  1. Mash the banana into a bowl

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well

  3. Heat a non-stick fry pan on medium to high heat

  4. Pour 2 tbsp of mixture per pancake into the pan and repeat for each pancake, making 3-4 pancakes at one time

  5. Once the mixture starts to bubble evenly, flip and cook the other side

  6. Set aside the pancakes when cooked and repeat the process until all mixture is gone.

  7. Stack the pancakes and drizzle over sauce of choice and your favourite goodies. Enjoy!
