2⁄3 cup almond milk
1⁄2 ripe banana, mashed
1⁄2 cup buckwheat flour
1 scoop True Protein PRODEFINE in Rich Chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp cacao powder
Mash the banana into a bowl
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Heat a non-stick fry pan on medium to high heat
Pour 2 tbsp of mixture per pancake into the pan and repeat for each pancake, making 3-4 pancakes at one time
Once the mixture starts to bubble evenly, flip and cook the other side
Set aside the pancakes when cooked and repeat the process until all mixture is gone.
Stack the pancakes and drizzle over sauce of choice and your favourite goodies. Enjoy!
