Makes 2 large serves, or 3 regular serves
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 scoop of True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1 tbsp MCT oil
1 heaped tbsp cacao
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp whole linseed
1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts
6 fresh dates, pitted
3 shots of fresh espresso
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup natural yoghurt (I used coconut)
2 cups coconut water
8 ice cubes to blend
Method
1. Place everything in the blender leaving the powders and ice until last.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Top with cacao nibs.
