Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup puffed rice cereal
50g True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla
1/3 cup dried mixed fruit
1 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup honey
Method:

Line a large baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C.

place the oats, rice cereal, protein powder, mixed fruit, mixed spice, salt and cinnamon into a large bowl and combine

Add the almond butter, coconut oil and honey into a small saucepan and heat on low, stirring regularly until smooth.

Add the honey mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Spoon onto lined baking tray and place into the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden Brown. Allow to cool completely before serving.
