Ingredients
1 ½ C rolled oats
¾ C shredded coconut
½ C raw almonds
½ C raw macadamias
1 tbsp flaxseeds
30g (1 scoop) True Protein WPC80 in French Vanilla
½ C coconut oil, melted
¼ C maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
Method

Preheat your oven to 160’C

Roughly chop the almonds and macadamias

In a large bowl, combine the oats, coconut, almonds, macadamias, flaxseeds, Vanilla WPC80, cinnamon and salt

Add the melted coconut oil and maple syrup and mix well to combine

Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 20-25 mins or until golden all over, tossing every 10 minutes

Allow to cool and store in an air-tight container
