Maple Cinnamon Granola

Serves 18

Time: 35 minutes

Macros per serve:

Protein - 3.4g

Carbohydrates - 11.7g

Fats - 13g



1 ½ C rolled oats

¾ C shredded coconut

½ C raw almonds

½ C raw macadamias

1 tbsp flaxseeds

30g (1 scoop) True Protein WPC80 in French Vanilla

½ C coconut oil, melted

¼ C maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp salt



  1. Preheat your oven to 160’C

  2. Roughly chop the almonds and macadamias

  3. In a large bowl, combine the oats, coconut, almonds, macadamias, flaxseeds, Vanilla WPC80, cinnamon and salt

  4. Add the melted coconut oil and maple syrup and mix well to combine

  5. Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 20-25 mins or until golden all over, tossing every 10 minutes

  6. Allow to cool and store in an air-tight container
