Prep time: 2 hours (including setting time)
Baking time: 10 minutes
175g Wholemeal flour
1 scoop True Protein WPI90 French Vanilla
¼ tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Pink salt
1 tsp Ginger
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp Vanilla essence
¼ cup Maple syrup
¼ cup Molasses
Using a large mixing bowl combined all the dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl mix together the remaining ingredient.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir them together.
Place mixture into the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
Remove mixture from the fridge, roll (between 2 pieces of baking paper/ plastic wrap or use flour) and cut into preferred shapes and place on baking tray.
Bake for 10 mins until slightly golden and ice when cool if desired.
