Nutritional Information per serve:
1 cup wholemeal flour
2 scoops (60g) True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
1.25 cups oat milk
Maple syrup, berries and cacao nibs, to serve
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk together the oat milk and eggs. Add the wet mixture to the dry and fold together.
Cook over medium heat in a large saucepan drizzled with olive oil, flipping the pancakes when bubbles start to form.
Serve with maple syrup, berries and cacao nibs and enjoy!
