Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Thick Shake

Serves 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Macros (without toppings):

Calories- 203

Protein-30.3g

Carbs- 11.9g

Fat- 5.6g

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond milk

1 scoop (30g) True WPC 80 in Rich Chocolate 

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp peanut butter powder

1 tbsp stevia

1 cup ice

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high until smooth and thick.

  2. Optionally coat your glass with chocolate syrup, top with low fat whipped cream and sprinkle with peanuts.
