Ingredients
50g steamed and frozen cauliflower
2 Tbsp yoghurt
1 TP scoop True Protein WPI90 in Salted Caramel
100g frozen banana
Handful of ice
Water
1 tsp Maca Powder
1 salted cashew caramel cookie for garnish
Method

Add all the ingredients into a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

Once blended, use a jar glass and add a couple of Tbsp of yoghurt into the bottom of the glass. Then pour the smoothie mixture over the top

Sprinkle with a crumbled up salted caramel cookie
