Ingredients:

150g frozen banana

1/2 cup rolled oats 

Large handful ice

1 scoop (30g) True Protein Plant Protein in French Vanilla

1 cup oat milk 

1 tbsp peanut butter 

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered food processor and blend until creamy.
