Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
15g (1/2 scoop) True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla
1 tsp granulated sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
For the Yoghurt Layer
2/3 cup low fat Greek yoghurt
15g True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla
1 tsp granulated sweetener
For The Blueberry Compote
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp granulated sweetener
2 tbsp water
Method
1. To make the compote, place the frozen blueberries, sweetener and water into a saucepan and stir on medium heat for 5 minutes or until the blueberries start to break down. Set aside.
2. Next, place the oats, chia seeds, protein powder, sweetener and vanilla essence into a bowl and stir until combined, pour into a small dish.
3. Into another bowl, add the yogurt, protein powder and sweetener and mix until smooth. Spread this over the oat mixture.
4. Scatter the blueberry compote over the top and use a toothpick to swirl.
5. Place into the fridge overnight and enjoy!
