Ingredients:
Empty peanut butter jar (But not completely empty. Add peanut butter to the sides if needed)
1 tub Greek yoghurt
1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPI in Cookies & Cream
½- ¾ cup rolled oats
2-3tbsp low fat milk
1 heaped tsp brown flaxseed meal
1 heaped tsp chia seeds
¾ cup mixed berries
Method:
1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yoghurt and WPI True protein. Use a fork if needed to fully mix the two together properly.
2. Pour mixture into jar, then add oats, mix together then add milk, hemp seeds, chia seeds and mix together.
3. Add mixed berries on-top, mix in and add more to top off with a raspberry to set.
4. Place jar in fridge overnight with lid to set.
5. In the morning, get a spoon and dig in!
