Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 scoop True Night85 Choc Mint
1 egg
¼ cup nut milk of choice
¼ cup honey
½ cup almond butter
Toppings
100g dark chocolate
¼ cup cacao nibs
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and grease a donut tray

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth

Evenly spread mixture into donut tray (until moulds are about ¾ full)

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden

Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from tray. In the meantime, melt chocolate until runny

Dip one side of the donut in chocolate and sprinkle cacao nibs over the top. Leave to set for 10-15 minutes or enjoy warm!
