Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups plain flour
70g True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla
1/4 cup granulated sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups skim milk
2 eggs
100g butter, melted
2 green apple, diced
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a medium sized tray with baking paper.
2. Place the oats, flour, protein powder, granulated sweetener, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and mix.
3. Add the milk, eggs, butter and cinnamon into a bowl and whisk. Next, add in the apples and fold through.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Pour batter into the lined baking tray and place into the oven to bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
5. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
