Prep time: 2-3 minutes
1 cup skim cow's milk
1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
1 scoop (30g) True WPC80 Strawberry & Cream
1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbs honey
4 ice blocks
Add of the ingredients to a Nutri-bullet or a blender, making sure to but the protein powder in last if you’re using a Nutri-bullet to ensure it combines properly with the other ingredients.
Pulse for 20 to 30 seconds until all ingredients are broken down and well combined.
Pour smoothie into a large cup and enjoy!
