As a passionate dietitian and nutritionist, I’m dedicated to inspiring others to eat well and feel their best. My goal is to help individuals build sustainable habits for lasting health and energy. Growing up, tennis was my sport, but now I enjoy CrossFit—where I push my limits while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

How True products fuel my health and fitness goals

True products are an essential part of my routine, helping me stay fuelled and perform at my best. True protein bars make the perfect post-workout snack, supporting muscle growth while providing a boost of fibre for digestion.

Favourite True products

  1. Protein bars in Choc Mint - by far my fav product. They are so convenient, taste delicious, and are there for when I need a nutritious high protein snack after working out. 

  2. Gut Health - I take this in the morning to promote gut diversity. It contains a source of prebiotic fibre which feeds the beneficial bacteria in the gut. 

  3. Hot Chocolate - I love taking this but as an iced chocolate drink which is easy to prepare and tastes delicious! 

  4. Pancakes (vanilla) - I love using the pancake mix to incorporate into my recipes. They contain all of the core macronutrients and create a perfectly balanced meal. 

What motivates me

I’m motivated by the ability to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Helping others understand nutrition and inspiring them to make healthy changes is incredibly rewarding.
