True Snickers Smoothie

A decadent salty, chocolate and peanut butter smoothie without the guilt! This smoothie is the perfect post-workout providing 32.6grams protein to repair and refuel your hard working muscles.

 

Makes 1 smoothie

 

Ingredients

30g True WPC80 Choc Peanut Butter

1 level scoop (13g) True Peanut Butter powder

1 tsp True Cacao

1 tsp Chia seeds

1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt

2 ½ tsp Maple syrup

¼ cup Milk

¼ cup Water

1 ½ cup Ice

 

Method

1. Blend all ingredients using a high-power blender for at least 20sec.
