True Tip:

True Protein recommends as a guideline 1.5g to 2g of protein per kilogram of bodyweight. This recommendation is based on the assumption that your goals are to build lean muscle and enhance recovery. This translates to an 80kg person taking roughly 120g to 160g of protein per day. We recommend that you fulfil this quota through a combination of wholefoods and protein supplementation.

    The best protein powder ever!

I have tried many protein powders and could never find one that tastes great, without the overpowering sweetener taste, until now. My doctor actually recommended True Protein. All the flavours were lovely, but my favourite was choc mint. I will keep on buying True Protein powder forever!

    First intro to protein powder

Have been using these to make overnight oats. Mixes well and so far enjoyed each flavour. Great trial pack, very convenient for portioning and getting to try different flavours
