Suggested Use
Add 30g (5 level Tbsp) to 250-300ml of liquid of your choice. Shake well and consume immediately. Consume 1-3 servings daily or as required.
True Protein recommends as a guideline 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight.
