1. Promoters

The promoters of this competition are Nick Scali Limited (ABN 000 403 896) (“Nick Scali”) and True Protein Pty. Ltd. (ABN 28 166 071 772) (“True Protein”), together referred to as the “Promoters”. True Protein Pty. Ltd. Will conduct the draw on behalf of Promoters.

2. Competition Period

The competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 01 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 18 October 2026

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.

3. Who Can Enter

The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, and any agencies or businesses directly involved in the administration or promotion of this competition.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

Entrants will be required to provide their first name, last name, email address and mobile number.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive:

• One $2,000 Nick Scali voucher; and
• One $1,000 True Protein voucher.

The Nick Scali voucher is valid for one (1) year from date of issue and can only be redeemed in-store or via phone and cannot be used online.

True Protein voucher can be redeemed online only at trueprotein.com.au and is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Total prize value: $3,000. RRP including GST

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Any terms and conditions applicable to the Nick Scali or True Protein vouchers will apply. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The winner is responsible for any tax implications that may arise from their prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place on 19th of October 2026 at Suite 301, Level 3, 120 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the details provided at the time of entry, within 2 business days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification within 7 business days of the first notification attempt, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner by way of a second random draw from the remaining eligible entries. This process will be repeated, with up to [3] redraws, after which the prize may be deemed forfeited if no winner can be confirmed.

The winner may be announced on the official Nick Scali and True Protein social media accounts on or after 26 October 2026. Once the winner has accepted the prize. Only the winner's first name, last initial and state of residence will be published. Announcement is at the Promoters' discretion and is not a condition of prize entitlement.

7. Marketing Consent

By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge and agree that they are consenting to receive marketing communications from both Nick Scali and True Protein.

By submitting their details, entrants agree that Nick Scali and True Protein may contact them via email and/or other nominated communication channels with promotional, marketing and other relevant communications, including information about products, services, offers, competitions and promotions.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the relevant communication.

This marketing consent is a condition of entry to the competition, subject to applicable law.

8. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoters collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner, and communicating marketing and promotional information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the applicable privacy policies of Nick Scali and True Protein.

The information collected may be shared between Nick Scali and True Protein for the purposes of administering the competition and providing marketing communications to entrants.

9. Social Media

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media channels (e.g. Instagram and Facebook.)

Entrants release any social media channels e.g. (Instagram and Facebook) from any responsibility or liability arising from or in connection with this competition.

10. General

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, cancel or extend the competition where necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

The Promoters accept no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries, or for any technical difficulties that may prevent an entrant from successfully entering the competition.

11. Privacy

Nick Scali and True Protein will collect, use and handle entrants’ personal information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
