1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup ice
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop (30g) True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
1 Tbsp of peanut butter, to serve
1 tsp cacao nibs, to serve
Add the frozen raspberries, ice, coconut milk and protein powder into a high powered blender and blend until smooth, adding a little more coconut milk if necessary to blend.
Serve with a dollop of peanut butter and cacao nibs.
