Ingredients
1 frozen banana
¼ frozen roasted pumpkin
500mL milk of choice
1 cup ice
1 scoop True WPC80 French Vanilla
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp chai spice (or ¼ tsp cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg & allspice)
Method

Add frozen banana and pumpkin to a blender with almond milk and blend.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

Serve while still semi-frozen to enjoy a thick frappe consistency
