½ cup low fat cow’s milk
170g high protein plain yoghurt
½ cup frozen mango
1 passion fruit
In a blender, add the milk, whey protein, plain yoghurt, frozen mango and then the inside of a passionfruit.
Blend until all ingredients have been well combined, and then pour into a glass to serve.
