Mango Passion Smoothie

Makes 1

Prep time: 2 minutes

Carbohydrates: 26g

Protein: 47.5g

Fat: 6.1g

 

 

Ingredients

½ cup low fat cow’s milk

½ scoop True Protein WPI90 in Natural flavour 

170g high protein plain yoghurt

½ cup frozen mango

1 passion fruit

 

Method

  1. In a blender, add the milk, whey protein, plain yoghurt, frozen mango and then the inside of a passionfruit.

  2. Blend until all ingredients have been well combined, and then pour into a glass to serve.
