Keto Bircher Muesli

Serves 1

Prep time: 10 minutes

Soak overnight


15g chia seeds
15g LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond) flour
15 desiccated coconut
5g psyllium husk
20g True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
200ml coconut milk
Coconut flakes for toppings
Berries for toppings
Natural nut butter of your choice 
Coconut yoghurt for toppings
Cinnamon for toppings


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Soak overnight or for at least 5 hours

  3. Add toppings and serve cold
