Ingredients
1 scoop True Protein WPI90 French Vanilla (or replace with Vegan85)
1 tbsp maca powder
Handful of baby spinach leaves
3 kale leaves
1 frozen banana or 1/2 banana & 1/2 frozen zucchini
2 tsp tahini
1/4 of an avocado (optional)
1 handful sunflower seeds
1.5 cups coconut water
1/2 tsp spirulina powder
Ice to blend
Method
1. Add everything to a high powered blender and blitz until smooth. Serve.
