Frozen Yoghurt Protein Blueberries

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries

1 cup Greek yoghurt

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 scoop True WPC80 French Vanilla

Method

  1. Wash and dry your blueberries. Prepare a baking tray with grease-proof paper.

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl until combined.

  3. With a toothpick, prick each blueberry and dip in the yoghurt mixture until coated. With another toothpick, gently place each blueberry onto the lined tray. Repeat with the remaining berries - be careful not to place too close together.

  4. Place in the freezer for at least three hours or until frozen. Once set, place in an airtight container and keep in the freezer.
