Ingredients:
Oat layer:
40g oats
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp granulated sweetener
1 tsp chia seeds
20g (3 level tablespoons) True Collagen + Vitamin C in Rich Chocolate
3/4 cup almond milk
Peanut Butter Layer:
1 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp granulated sweetener
Chocolate Crunch Layer:
1/3 cup rice cereal
25g dark chocolate, melted
Pinch of sea salt
Method:
1. To make the oat layer, combine the oats, cocoa powder, sweetener, chia seeds, collagen and almond milk then stir until combined. Spoon into a glass jar.
2. For the peanut butter layer, mix together the yoghurt, peanut butter and sweetener until smooth then add to the glass jar above the oat layer.
3. For the chocolate crunch layer, combine the rice cereal and melted chocolate in a small bowl then gently spoon into the jar as the final layer. Place into the fridge overnight and sprinkle with sea salt before eating. enjoy!
