Choc Banana Overnight Oats

Serves 1 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Macros Excluding toppings:

490 calories

36g protein

76g carbohydrate

6g fat 

 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup rolled oats 

1 scoop True Protein WPI in Rich Chocolate 

1 tsp cacao nibs 

1 mashed banana 

3/4 cup almond milk 

Extra banana, peanut butter, hazelnuts and cacao nibs to decorate 

 

Method: 

  1. Add the oats, protein and cacao nibs to a container and mix to combine. 

  2. Mash in the banana and add in the milk. Mix until combined. 

  3. Allow to set overnight. 

  4. Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
